Spiced Up Mama Clara's Pinchos
  • 4 lbs chicken thighs
  • 5 Tb Mama Clara’s Seasoning Blend
  • 1 Tb olive oil
  • 1 Tb lime juice
  • ½ C BBQ sauce

  1. Cut chicken thighs into cubes, and place in large bowl.
  2. Add oil, lime juice, and Mama Clara’s Seasoning Blen, mix until chicken is completely coated.
  3. Place chicken on skewers.
  4. Grill chicken to 165 or air fry at 400F for about 10 minutes (preheat air fryer first and spray with nonstick cooking spray).
  5. Coat with your favorite sauce.
  6. Serve with brown rice and avocado. 

Tip: If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak in water for at least an hour before threading meat.
