Nashville Hot Chicken Salad with Brioche Croutons

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breasts or thighs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups Spiced Up Nashville Hot Breading
  • Sweet-Hot Sauce
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup blue cheese (optional)
  • 2 slices brioche bread, cubed
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup Sweet and Spicy glaze

 

Instructions:

  1. Soak chicken in milk for 2-5 mins, then coat with Nashville Hot Breading.
  2. Air fry at 12-15 mins (165°F internal temp).
  3. Make brioche croutons: toss bread with butter, air fry or bake at 375°F for 10-12 mins.
  4. Mix ranch dressing with Sweet and Spicy glaze.
  5. Combine mixed greens & cabbage, toss with dressing.
  6. Top with chopped hot chicken, croutons, blue cheese, and extra glaze.

 

Tip: Swap chicken with crispy tofu for a veg option.
