🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or substitute with chicken breasts)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 tablespoons Spiced Up by Chef Calvin – House Blend Seasoning

  • Juice of 1 lemon

 


 

👨🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade
    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and the House Blend Seasoning until well combined.

  2. Marinate the Chicken
    Add the chicken thighs to the bowl. Use a fork or knife to poke small holes into the meat to help the seasoning penetrate. Toss until evenly coated. Let marinate for 7–10 minutes.

  3. Air Fry the Chicken
    Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Place the marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
