Air Fryer Tuscan Spiced Salmon with Creamy Orzo and Spinach

Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup orzo
- 2 C marinara (your favorite)
- 3 tablespoons Tuscan Experience Spice Blend
- 1/3 C Heavy cream
- 2 to 4 (4- to 5-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 3 to 4 C fresh baby spinach leaves
- Salt, to taste, for water
- 2 ¼ C water
Instructions:
- Add salt and 1 T olive oil to 2¼ cups water; bring to a boil and cook according to package directions until the orzo is al dente.
- Take 2 tablespoon oil, add to a large sauté pan, over medium heat add onions, 2 T Tuscan Experience spice cook until tender (3 to 5 minutes). Add cooked orzo mixing thoroughly.
- Add marinara sauce, simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Fold in heavy cream and add spinach, cover with lid for 2 to 3 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
- While sauce is simmering, season salmon filets with Tuscan Experience Spice Blend. Coat evenly and place into Air Fryer at 400 F for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Top the creamy orzo and top with salmon.
